Needless to say, I am a huge fan of Jeffery Gitomer and his collection of little books. Gitomer has done a superb job with branding his ideas and sales tactics for small business owners. He touches on relevant topics for professional development and generating sales and business. One of my favorite books in his collection is the Little Black Book of Connections. It is very networking centered but also adds additional advice for growing an excellent clientele base!
