In honor of Black History Month, I wanted to focus our attention on Henry O. Tanner. Henry was the 1st African American artist to gain international acclaim. He immigrated to Paris, France and studied under some of the most influential artists of his time.
I am totally in agreement with checks and balances, metrics and measurable elements of any business or enterprise. Thus, I am a huge fan of "Mystery Shoppers". Going undercover or taking the role of a customer or client can bring much insight to your operations. Use this as a tool to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
