The SN Tip of the week is to brush up on your listening skills. Believe it or not, listening is a form of communication. Offer your undivided attention (ie. no multi-tasking). Lean into non-verbal cues (both in-person and virtually). Make eye contact, show interest and be in the moment. Listen closely with the intent to understand and further connect.
