Ok, I am a big fan of Jeffrey Gitomer and his book series on sales, marketing, networking and business! Gitomer does an excellent job of branding himself as a leader in sales. In these book series, he shares different ways of building your sales or sales team through networking, trust etc. Believe it or not, my favorite book is the "Little Teal Book of Trust". It is infused with practical ways of building trust in business and social relationships!
